Problem:  CFO fired a contractor after failure to deliver the financial closing and reporting services in the format requested.

Solution:  I was hired to step in.  After documenting the closing process, I retained a contractor bookkeeper who assumed responsibility for transactional processing.  I also created an excel tool to project expect revenues from quoted projects.  Finally, I then set up a reporting template that included Financials and Projected Revenue virtually to remote board members at periodic meetings.  This client went on to successfully sell their business for the desired sales price.
