Request: An Owner of a $35 Million in Revenue Service Company had a goal of budgeting for his company.
Results: For over 10 years I have directed creating an annual budget that included Monthly Sales by Customer, Cost of Sales, Expenses for Admin, HR, IT, Quality, Maintenance and Salesmen. As part of that process, Directors submit Capital Expenditures on Project Request Form that includes pay back analysis. This facilitated a queue of ready projects prioritized by payback and funded as cash was built through the year.
